Our investment projects are primarily drawn from our extensive national network of partners and affiliates, and we carefully examine each investment project for risk and viability. While the numbers are vitally important, they do not tell the whole story, and what looks like a great deal on paper may in fact be a poor investment for a variety of reasons. We evaluate each deal individually, adhering to stringent ethical standards, and a healthy dose of common sense. If a deal doesn’t “feel” right, we will heed our gut. Our personal, hands-on approach is what sets us apart and served us and our investors well.
